Temporary power is a key to any event and at DNK Event Services Ltd a large part of our business is providing safe and reliable temporary power solutions.

We offer dry hire equipment packages or complete delivery and set up which includes: communicating with all your suppliers to determine all electrical needs and streamline the logistics, full set up of the generators, cabling and distribution and testing in accordance with BS 7909 and BS 7671.

For large events like festivals and shows we can also offer:

• Onsite surveys.
• Meetings with organisers to help make electrical planning as easy as possible.
• Onsite support for the duration of the event.

All of our generators are event spec which means they are highly maintained for increased reliability and silenced to reduce noise pollution and disturbance.

Generators 100kva and above can also be synchronized, so in the unlikely event of a fault to one of the sets, the show will still go on without any disturbance.

Generators from 20kva to 100kva are available as road tow options.

We have the solution. This multi-way vehicle charger can charge up to 4 vehicles at the same time, powered by a 63a three phase mains supply or a generator.

I know what your'e thinking, whats the point in having an electric vehicle and charging it with a diesel generator?

Well you wont be, we no longer use diesel in any of our generator fleet.

We only use the most modern Stage 3A and Stage 5 emission compliment generators, which combined with our fossil fuel free HVO fuel produces ultra low emission, sustainable energy limiting damage to our environment.

We provide a fuel management service with all our generator sets, either by providing fully bunded long run external fuel tanks, or a splash and dash service with our road tow fuel bowsers. 

As of 2021 we made the easy decision to go diesel free on our generator fleet. All diesel has now been replaced by HVO fuel, an ultra low emission, fossil fuel free, renewable alternative to diesel, made from recycled vegetable fats. producing upto 90% reduction of CO2 and an 86% reduction in particulates.

OUR PROMISE TO YOU

Although more expensive than red diesel, we will not be passing that charge on to our customers as we feel we have a responsibility to do what we can for our environment, without adding additional charges to you. 

With the government pledging that by 2050 carbon emissions are to be reduced by 80%, the need for sustainable fuels has never been greater.

We all have a duty to reduce our carbon footprint  which is why we have made the decision to go one step further in our our fight for cleaner sustainable energy, by going diesel free in all of our generators. From 2021 we will now only be using GreenD+ HVO fuel.

GreenD+ HVO (hydro-treated vegetable oil) is a fossil fuel free diesel alternative made from 100% renewable raw materials.

It is a sustainable, high quality fuel that is suitable for all diesel powered engines. Produced from waste fats and vegetable oils, the fats are transformed into biofuel by hydrogenation.

Unlike biodiesel it does not deteriorate over time and can be used at extreme temperatures.

GreenD+ HVO is a drop in replacement for diesel which can be mixed at any concentration, without the need for any modifications.

We understand that you have lots to arrange for your wedding, that is why included in our service, we deal directly with your other suppliers to determine the exact power requirements for your big day. We will then produce a power plan to determine exactly what power distribution you. 

You can have peace of mind knowing that we only use the most up to date silent generators, which are regularly serviced and highly maintained for increased reliability. 

As part of our inspection we ensure all other suppliers equipment is electrically safe and PAT tested, so you can be assured there is an electrically safe environment for your guests and any staff involved.
